$100 Million Giant Pearl

The world's largest natural pearl will be put on display in the Philippines soon, after the $100 million treasure was recovered from a burned down house.

This giant pearl could be the world’s largest natural pearl weighing over 34 kg. The treasure’s worth is pegged at around USD 100 million. The identity of the man who found the pearl has not yet been disclosed, but according to the Daily Mail, the man discovered the priceless gem around a decade back in the sea off the coast of Palawan Island in Philippines. He decided to keep the pearl in his wooden shack for 10 years as a good luck charm.

Reports in Daily Mail suggest that a fire struck his property, which burnt his house to the ground. The person was then forced to clear out and hand over the gem to the local tourism office in Philippines’ remote Puerto Princesca. The pearl measures around 1 feet wide and 2.2 feet long, which is way more than the world’s current biggest Pearl of Allah that weighs approximately 6.4 kg and worth USD 35 million.

The world’s largest natural pearl will be put on display in the Philippines soon, after the $100 million treasure was recovered from a burned down house.

According to Aileen Amurao, a Philippine tourism officer, the pearl was first discovered in 2006 by a fisherman of the Palawan Island, when he threw the anchor down and its got stuck on a rock. The officer said when he swam down to pull up the anchor, he noticed it was lodged in a shell which he brought with himself. Since then it has been with him at his home.

The tourism officer said they were amazed when the fisherman brought it to them and now they’re waiting for gemologists to fully certify this piece of treasure. “We now need help from gemologists to fully certify it,” Amurao said.

The previous record was held by the Pearl of Lao Tze, which weighs 6.4 kg and is worth $35 million. It was also retrieved near Palawan Island.

The Smart WiFi Auto rickshaw

Only a year and a half old, the auto rickshaw boasts of a wi-fi that operates from a dongle and charging portals that are I-phone friendly. With four fans, attractive lighting and Bhojpuri movie posters, the auto begins with attracting a customer in. Once the customer is seated, they are greeted with a water flask, an ash tray, ear buds, a candy box, tissue papers and daily newspapers along with a first aid box, a dustbin and a fully stocked cigarette container.

Ranjit Singh is the 28-year-old auto rickshaw driver that conceptualised his vehicle after the television show he was working on wrapped up. “I was working in the costume department of the film and television industry and was working on the Mahabharat Serial on Star Plus. Once the show wrapped up, I had nothing to do so I decided to drive an auto. I earlier worked in a shift for auto owners but it didn’t suit me. I bought my own and made it the way it looks right now,” he said.

Still looking for acting roles in his spare time, Singh tries to keep up with customer’s demands. He keeps them entertained with music videos on his flat screen monitor while he finds their destinations on his GPS. When it comes to family, things are a little different. “My wife has still not seen this auto, neither has my 3-year-old son. Maybe one day, when they come to visit me, they will know what it looks like,” he said. His wife Rita lives in Bihar where Singh is from. He lives with his brother who is a production manager in the Bhojpuri film industry. “My family is supportive of this. They are happy with what I do,” he said.

All Singh wants is the happiness of the customer, besides a credible movie role. “I wanted to design it in such a way that
, be it rich or poor, feels that this rickshaw is for me and has a happy journey. Just the positivity that they give off when they sit inside is what keeps me running. A lot of people crowd my auto because of its uniqueness but I have made peace with it.”
Singh gets calls from many customers who are his regulars and takes up local fare when time permits. “I work from 3 pm to 5 am and only charge the fare. everything else is free except the cigarettes. I sell them by MRP,” he said.

The dimpled driver routinely gets interrupted by curious onlookers who click his pictures on their smartphones.  If you can’t manage to get a ride in it, make sure you at least get a glimpse at his labour of love.

The Significance of Spices

The Significance Of “Laung”, “Elaichi” “Kali Mirch” And “Jal”
Gurudev blesses and gives “Laung” and “Elaichi” to heal a person from his problems.

The “Laung” (Clove) signifies the powers of Lord Shiva and the “Elaichi” (Cardomom) signifies the powers of Maa Parvati (Shakti). Both the “Laung” and “Elaichi” are blessed by Gurudev and they start carrying the powers as passed on by Him.

The “Laung” is Positive (Male) and the “Elaichi” is Negative (Female). Everything in this world, moves because of the join of positive with negative. Electricity works with Positive and Negative currents. If either one is missing, everything comes to a standstill.
If a “Laung” is placed vertically over a horizontally lying “Elaichi”, it takes the shape of a “Shivling” – The union of the powers of “Shiv” and “Shakti”.

The blessed “Laung” is to be taken by a person at night. The “Laung” is always swallowed (with water) and never chewed. It spiritually collects the problems / ailments of a person through the night. The following morning, the “Elaichi” is to be taken. The “Elaichi” (with the powers of Shakti) pulls out the problems of the person which are collected at ONE place within him and sent to Gurudev. Both the things happen spiritually and nothing is felt by the person physically. Eventually, the person is rid of his problems.

Ordinary water is blessed by Gurudev and it becomes “Jal”. Sometimes ‘Kesar’ (Saffron) is added to it. With His touch and Blessings, His powers are passed on to the “Jal”. Various spiritual problems can be healed with the powers of the “Jal”. If it is taken with “Laung” and “Elaichi”, it speedens up the healing process within a person because Gurudev passes HIS OWN powers to a person through the “Jal” and it makes the person feel physically and mentally comfortable.

From the spiritual point of view, Laung and Elaichi have a very deep significance. As already said above, when Laung is placed on Elachi in a perpendicular position, then this combination takes the shape of a shiv-linga. A human form is the most exalted creation of the Lord. It is like a mobile temple. When laung and elachi is taken with implicit faith and reverence, while inwardly chanting ‘Aum Aum Aum’, then symbolically, we are establishing shiv-linga (shiv-shakti) in this corporal temple. Furthermore, by pouring jal on that shiv-linga (i.e. drinking jal) day and night, an effort is being made to cleanse the dirt, layer after layer, of rajoguna and tamoguna, accumulated during birth after birth and establish satoguna in a clear, transparent and pure mind.

This effort generates cosmic energy in the human body and ensures regular and adequate flow of life force, eradicates ailments, enhances will-power, and in a clear and transparent mind, you are able to see and realize your real-self (atman) which is an inseparable part of Param-atman.
Jal is a life source. Merely by adopting the qualities of Jal, one can ensure fulfillment of life. The inherent qualities of Jal are coolness, purity, transparency, continuous flow and ability to change its course when it comes across obstacles, transform its transparency into any colour it is put into. That is how our life needs to be. Remain cool in favourable as well as in adverse circumstances. Ensure transparency in your character, purity in your thoughts, actions, behaviour and conduct, and you would pleasantly observe that you belong to the entire world and the entire world belongs to you – .Vasudhaiva Kutumbhakam. Life is a continuous flow of energy and must go on if the human race has to progress. One should be able to change and adjust oneself in changing circumstances and situations. Obstinacy will only result into turbulence – anger, hostility, animosity, jealousy, so on and so forth, which is not the purpose of our life.

The “Kali-Mirch” (Black Pepper) signifies the powers of Maha-Shakti. It is blessed by Gurudev to pass on the divine power to it. It is used by Him to heal a person of his spiritual problems (“Pret-Rog”). There are a lot of spiritual problems which don’t have an answer in the medical science and the Doctors don’t have a cure for them. A person can be rid of these problems by the blessed “Kali-Mirch”. With the Grace of Gurudev a person becomes “Rog-Mukt” (Free of the ailment) as well as “Dosh-Mukt” (Free of the Sins).
All states of a person are the cause of his deeds (“Karma”). The pleasures in the life of a person are due to his Good deeds (“Punya”) and the misery faced by a person is due to his bad deeds (“Paap”). The sufferings of a person increase when balance of his scale tips on the “Paap” side. No power can rid the person of his sufferings without increasing the balance of his “Punya”. Then how does Gurudev cure a person ?

Gurudev is the only one, who is capable of donating his “Karmas” (“Punya-Daan”) also. Through the “Jal” Gurudev donates his “Karmas” to the person and also passes his powers through him, which ultimately helps in healing him and making him feel better.
The most important thing is a person’s “FAITH” in the powers of Gurudev. Anybody who comes with a pure heart and an un-conditional belief in Gurudev is sure to be blessed by Him

Health Benefits of Coconut Oil

Shri Shiradi Sai baba's Sayings

Sai Baba made eleven assurances to his devotees:

1. No harm shall befall him, who steps on the soil of Shirdi.

2. He who comes to my Samadhi, his sorrow and suffering shall cease.

3. Though I be no more in flesh and blood, I shall ever protect my devotees.

4. Trust in me and your prayer shall be answered.

5. Know that my spirit is immortal, know this for yourself.

6. Show unto me him who has sought refuge and has been turned away.

7. In whatever faith men worship me, even so do I render to them.

8. Not in vain is my promise that I shall ever lighten your burden.

9. Knock, and the door shall open, ask and it shall be granted.

10. To him who surrenders unto me totally I shall be ever indebted.

11. Blessed is he who has become one with me.

Shri Sai baby's Sayings :

* Why fear when I am here?

* I am formless and everywhere

* I am in everything and beyond. I fill all space.

* All that you see taken together is Myself.

* I do not shake or move.

* If one devotes their entire time to me and rests in me, need fear nothing for body and soul.

* If one sees me and me alone and listens to my Leelas and is devoted to me alone, they will reach God.

* My business is to give blessings.

* I get angry with none. Will a mother get angry with her children? Will the ocean send back the waters to the several rivers?

* I will take you to the end.
Surrender completely to God.

* If you make me the sole object of your thoughts and aims, you will gain the supreme goal.

* Trust in the Guru fully. That is the only sadhana.

* I am the slave of my devotee.

* Stay by me and keep quiet. I will do the rest.

* What is our duty? To behave properly. That is enough.

* My eye is ever on those who love me.

* Whatever you do, wherever you may be, always bear this in mind: I am always aware of everything you do.

* I will not allow my devotees to come to harm.

* If a devotee is about to fall, I stretch out my hands to support him or her.

* I think of my people day and night. I say their names over and over.

* My treasury is open but no one brings carts to take from it. I say, “Dig!” but no one bothers.

* My people do not come to me of their own accord; it is I who seek and bring them to me.

* All that is seen is my form: ant, fly, prince, and pauper

* However distant my people may be, I draw them to me just as we pull a bird to us with a string tied to its foot.

* I love devotion.

* This body is just my house. My guru has long ago taken me away from it.

* Those who think that Baba is only in Shirdi have totally failed to know me.

* Without my grace, not even a leaf can move.

* I look on all with an equal eye.

* I cannot do anything without God’s permission.

* God has agents everywhere and their powers are vast.

* I have to take care of my children day and night and give an account to God of every paisa.

* The wise are cheerful and content with their lot in life.

* If you are wealthy, be humble. Plants bend when they bear fruit.

* Spend money in charity; be generous and munificent but not extravagant.

* Get on with your worldly activities cheerfully, but do not forget God.

* Do not kick against the pricks of life.

* Whatever creature comes to you, human or otherwise, treat it with consideration.

* Do not be obsessed by the importance of wealth.

* See the divine in the human being.

* Do not bark at people and don’t be aggressive, but put up with others’ complaints.

* There is a wall of separation between oneself and others and between you and me. Destroy this wall!

* Give food to the hungry, water to the thirsty, and clothes to the naked. Then God will be pleased.

* Saburi (patience) ferries you across to the distant goal.

* The four sadhanas and the six Sastras are not necessary. Just has complete trust in your guru: it is enough.

* Meditate on me either with form or without form, that is pure bliss.

* God is not so far away. He is not in the heavens above, nor in hell below. He is always near you.

* If anyone gets angry with another, they wound me to the quick.

* If you cannot endure abuse from another, just say a simple word or two, or else leave.

* What do we lose by another’s good fortune? Let us celebrate with them, or strive to emulate them. That should be our desire and determination.

* I stay by the side of whoever repeats my name.

* If formless meditation is difficult, then think of my form just as you see it here. With such meditation, the difference between subject and object is lost and the mind dissolves in unity.

* If anyone offends you do not return tit for tat.

* I am the slave of those who hunger and thirst after me and treat everything else as unimportant.

* Whoever makes me the sole object of their love, merges in me like a river in the ocean.

* Look to me and I will look to you.

* What God gives is never exhausted, what man gives never lasts.

* Be contented and cheerful with what comes.

* My devotees see everything as their Guru.

* Poverty is the highest of riches and a thousand times superior to a king’s wealth.

* Put full faith in God’s providence.

* Whoever withdraws their heart from wife, child, and parents and loves me, is my real lover.

* Distinguish right from wrong and be honest, upright and virtuous.

* Do not be obsessed by egotism, imagining that you are the cause of action: everything is due to God.

* If we see all actions as God’s doing, we will be unattached and free from karmic bondage.

* Other people’s acts will affect just them. It is only your own deeds that will affect you.

* Do not be idle: work, utter God’s name and read the scriptures.

* If you avoid rivalry and dispute, God will protect you.

* People abuse their own friends and family, but it is only after performing many meritorious acts that one gets a human birth. Why then come to Shirdi and slander people?

* Speak the truth and truth alone.

* No one wants to take from me what I give abundantly.

* Do not fight with anyone, nor retaliate, nor slander anyone.

* Harsh words cannot pierce your body. If anybody speaks ill of you, just continue on unperturbed.

* Choose friends who will stick to you till the end, through thick and thin.

* Meditate on what you read and think of God.

* I give my devotees whatever they ask, until they ask for what I want to give.

* You should not stay for even one second at a place where people are speaking disrespectfully of a saint.

* Death and life are the manifestations of God’s activity. You cannot separate the two. God permeates all.

* Mukti is impossible for those addicted to lust.

* Gain and loss, birth and death are in the hands of God.

* When you see with your inner eye. Then you realize that you are God and not different from Him.

* Avoid unnecessary disputationò
The giver gives, but really he is sowing the seed for later: the gift of a rich harvest.
Wealth is really a means to work out dharma. If one uses it merely for personal enjoyment, it is vainly spent.

* To God be the praise. I am only the slave of God.

* God will show His love. He is kind to all.

* Whenever you undertake to do something, do it thoroughly or not at all.

* One’s sin will not cease till one falls at the feet of Sadhusò

* Be ashamed of your hatred. Give up hatred and be quiet.

* The Moral Law is inexorable, so follow it, observe it, and you will reach your goal: God is the perfection of the Moral Law.

Google's Allo and Duo

Google unveiled two new stand-alone communication mobile apps at their annual developer conference taking place at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View.

ALLO

There will also be a new chat service called Allo that’s designed to counter Facebook’s Messenger app and WhatsApp. Allo will draw upon a vast database that Google has built through its dominant Internet search engine to predict how you might want to respond to a text and automatically fetch links to video clips and other information that seem relevant to an ongoing conversation.

Allo is an app that Google is calling a “smart” messaging app that is tied to your phone number (sort of like WhatsApp). Because it’s tied to your phone number, hopefully it becomes easier for you to convince other people to use it, since it will also just be tied to their phone number. Or as Google puts it, this idea lets you easily get in touch with the people in your phonebook (and probably send them an invite to use Allo).

With Allo, you get a mostly standard messaging client, but it tries to learn from you over time to show suggestions that allow you to have conversations without typing. It learns if you are a “haha” or “lol” person, can suggest responses based off of photos being shared (yep, it does photos too).

DUO

As for Duo, this is Google’s new one-on-one video chatting app that is supposedly really fast. Google says that this should work flawlessly across both slow and fast connections, which means you can video chat at all times if you want, from anywhere.
The app has a Knock Knock feature that shows you who is calling on video before you answer, displays video chats in 720p (HD), and sports end-to-end encryption.

Bsnl Launches 20 Gb 3g at 50

BSNL has decided to offer 20 GB 3G data for only Rs 50. And this 20 GB can be shared among 5 users, all over India.
Right now, 1 GB of 3G data is being sold for Rs 160-250 by various telecom players; but BSNL is now providing 20 times that data at one fourth of price.

As per available reports, this special BSNL offer is a subsidized plan, powered by PM Modi’s Digital India campaign; and the sole purpose is to enable every section of the society with high speed Internet at affordable prices.

Last year, BSNL had attempted to disrupt the market by offering 80% cheaper tariff.

Digital India Push: No Dedicated Connection Needed For Internet
This new BSNL offer is also remarkable in several ways. To start with, the user need not take a full fledged connection to avail this offer. And, this 20 GB can be shared among 5 users, from all over India as well.

Users are required to register at BSNL’s selfcare portal, and then include the phone numbers which would share the Internet plan. The primary user would be billed for the main pack, and the rest 4 users can use Internet without paying any amount.

As per BSNL General Manager Ram Shabd Yadav, this subsidized plan has been launched to enable 100% Internet connectivity across India. And, BSNL will certainly attract new users as well.

Massive Tariff War Unleashed
As the focus of almost every telecom firm is on 4G right now, BSNL has actually surprised everyone with this scintillating offer. A massive tariff war has been started, as private telecom companies will be forced to have a hard look at their plans and offers; especially for the 3G market.
Now, on one side is Reliance Jio, which will offer 75 GB 4G data and 4500 minutes of talk time for Rs 200 ; and on the other hand is BSNL with 20 GB of 3G data for only Rs 50. Other telecom players like Idea, Vodafone, Airtel etc would be now in a competitive dilemma over their own pricing strategy, as BSNL’s offer is surely going to disrupt the market. As BSNL is also going to launch their 4G services & video on demand service , telecom market in India is surely witnessing some major disruption.

Earlier, BSNL had committed to connect 1 lakh panchayats with high speed broadband connection within a year; and this new plan can be a part of this scheme.

A Worried Boss - Funny..

When one of your employees misses work, the extra duties might fall on your shoulder. This can be annoying, but a necessary part of being a manger or business owner. But when an outstanding employee doesn’t show up for work without calling in sick, this is much more worrying.

That’s what happened for the boss in this story, so he picked up the phone and called him employee’s home.
Boss Calls Employee’s House And Starts Getting Nervous When He Hears This.

A boss wondered why one of his most valued employees had not rung in sick one day. Having an urgent problem with a main computer, he phoned the employee’s home number and was greeted with a child’s whisper,
“Hello?”

“Is your Daddy home?” he asked.

“Yes,” whispered the small voice.

“May I speak to him?”

The child whispered, “No.”

Surprised and wanting to talk to an adult, the boss asked, “Is your Mummy there?”

“Yes.”

“Well, may I speak to her then?

Again the small voice whispered, “No.”

Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss asked, “Is anybody else there?”

“Yes,” whispered the child, “a policeman.”

Wondering what the police would be doing at his employee’s home, the boss asked,
“May I speak to the policeman?”

“No, he’s busy,” whispered the child.

“Busy doing what?”

“Talking to Mummy and Daddy and the fireman,” came the whispered reply.

Growing more worried as he heard a loud noise in the background coming down the phone, the boss asked,

“What’s that noise?”

“A helicopter,” answered the whispering voice.

“What’s going on there?” demanded the boss, now really apprehensive.

Again, whispered, the child answered, “The search team just landed a helicopter.”

Alarmed, concerned, and a little frustrated, the boss asked, “What are they searching for?”

Still whispering, the young voice replied with a muffled giggle…”ME!”

Marketing

What is MARKETING ?
This is how a Professor explained Marketing Concepts to a class.

1. You see a Gorgeous Girl at a party. You go up to her and say: "I am very rich. Marry me!"-
That's Direct Marketing.

2. You are at a party with a bunch of friends and see a Gorgeous Girl.
One of your friends goes up to her and pointing at you says: "He's very rich. Marry him!"-
That's Advertising.
.
3. You are at a party and see a Gorgeous Girl. She walks up to you and says: "You are very rich! Can I marry you?"-
That's Brand Recognition.
.
4. You see a Gorgeous Girl at a party. You go upto her and say: "I am very rich. Marry me!"
She gives you a nice hard slap on your face.-
That's Customer Feedback.
.
5. You see a Gorgeous Girl at a party. You go upto her and say: "I am very rich. Marry me!"
And she introduces you to her husband.-
That's Demand and Supply Gap.
.
6. You see a Gorgeous Girl at a party. You go upto her and before you say: "I m rich, Marry me!",
your wife arrives.-
That's Restriction for Entering New Markets. .

Hope Concepts are clear...

British Math Professor Andrew Wiles

British mathematician Sir Andrew Wiles, a research professor at the University of Oxford has won the prestigious Abel prize for his contributions to mathematical sciences.

Sir Andrew Wiles is professor at the University of Oxford

Sir Andrew Wiles said that for any three whole numbers, a , b and c , the equation an + bn = cn could not be satisfied by any whole number greater than 2. Although he claimed to have discovered a proof for the seemingly simple puzzle, he did not provide one. With Fermat’s death in 1665, the equation — now known as “Fermat’s Last Theorem” — soon became (in)famous as the most difficult mathematical problem ever conceived, spawning a plethora of unsuccessful proofs.
When Andrew Wiles was 10 years old, he had stumbled upon Fermat’s Last Theorem in E.T. Bell’s “The Last Problem” at his local library in Cambridge. The theorem was formulated by Pierre de Fermat, a French mathematician, in 1637. It states that there are no whole number solutions to the equation x^n + y^n = z^n, when n is greater than 2.

Andrew Wiles said the problem captivated him as a young boy. The theorem has been the most popular problem in mathematics, but he didn’t know it at that time. “What amazed me was that there were some unsolved problems that someone who was 10 years old could understand and even try. And I tried it throughout my teenage years,” Wiles told The Guardian. “When I first went to college I thought I had a proof, but it turned out to be wrong.”

Fermat once claimed that he had proved the theorem, but he also said the margin of the book he was jotting notes in was too narrow to elaborate. Since then, scholars and mathematicians all over the world have attempted to solve the problem but failed to do so.
Wiles’ methods to solve the theorem have had a lasting effect on the field of mathematics, and are still being used today. He actually took a different approach to solve the problem – by proving the 1950s Shimura-Taniyama conjecture, which proposes that two very different branches of mathematics are conceptually equivalent.

The professor Andrew Wiles said the proof didn’t just solve the problem, it also introduced new ways of attacking Langland’s Program – one of the big webs of conjectures of contemporary mathematics. This aims to unify different branches of the discipline. Meanwhile, although it had been difficult for Wiles to get back into work, he is working on another major unsolved conjecture in history – the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture.

“The beauty of mathematics lures you back in,” added Wiles. “It has always been my hope that my solution of this age-old problem would inspire many young people to take up mathematics and to work on the many challenges of this beautiful and fascinating subject.”

Soon after receiving the news, Wiles told the Guardian that it was a “tremendous honor” to receive the prize, adding that he had not thought about what to do with the 500,000 pounds ($704,500) that accompany the award.

“This problem captivated me,” Wiles told the Guardian. “It was the most famous popular problem in mathematics, although I didn’t know that at the time. What amazed me was that there were some unsolved problems that someone who was 10 years old could understand and even try. And I tried it throughout my teenage years. When I first went to college I thought I had a proof, but it turned out to be wrong.”

“I knew from that moment that I would never let it go. I had to solve it,” he added. Since his remarkable achievement in 1995, scores of mathematicians have used it as an inspiration to develop new theorems. The proof provided mathematicians new tools to tackle problems involving elliptic curves, modular forms and Galois representation, among other things.

“Few results have as rich a mathematical history and as dramatic a proof as Fermat’s Last Theorem,” the Abel Committee said in a statement. Although Wiles’ achievement is now two decades old, he continues be a mathematics “rock star,” Martin Bridson, director of Oxford’s Mathematical Institute.
